Frank King

Founding & Senior Pastor

Frank has been the Founding & Lead Pastor of Refresh Church since its inception in 1999. He is the primary visionary and teacher and has taught ministry for over 40 years. He has been married to the lovely Robin King since 1984, and they have four children and two grandsons.

Education: B.S. in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1991; Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University in 1997; Attended King’s University pursuing an M.A. in Practical Theology.
